FAQ#

Do I need to login to use the REST API?
No. Modern TrackRoad REST calls use your X-API-Key (TrackServiceKey) from your TrackRoad account. REST Login/Logout exists for backward compatibility only.
Where can I find the complete REST schema?
Swagger is the source of truth. Open Swagger UI at ts6.trackroad.com/swagger/ui/index.
What if stops are missing or unassigned?
This usually means constraints are infeasible: time windows too strict, vehicle working hours too short, or insufficient vehicles/capacity. Add vehicles, widen windows, increase TimeOut, or reduce service time.
